The bicycling route is comprised of two 90-km laps. The zero ground is in Búzios Avenue, beside the Doze de Agosto club, in Jurerê Internacional Beach. It goes 400 meters on opposite way of the avenue and turns to the right up to the Tandujus Avenue. It enters this avenue until arriving at SC-400 highway, where it turns right towards Daniela Beach. In Papoulas Street, entrance for the Balneário, it goes up to the beach, where it makes the U-turn, in the kilometer 4.21. It goes back by Papoulas, SC-400 highway up to the cloverleaf of Jurerê Internacional with Jurerê Tradicional, where it turns right in SC-402 highway. It goes up to SC-401 highway, passing on the right side of the viaduct, kilometer 11. In SC-401, towards downtown, the route is next to the central wall. When reaching the CIC Viaduct, it passes over the viaduct on the left-hand lane.

When entering the Beira Mar Norte, towards the University, it goes up to the U-turn near the central site. When returning, in from the of the University Campus Hall, it goes toward downtown, still near the central site. In front of Kochichos Bar, it makes an intersection to the right, going toward the bridges near the cycling track. Where the Beira Mar Norte ends, it turns right, passes beneath the Colombo Salles and Pedro Ivo Campos bridges and beside the Viaduct Dias Velho, reaching the beginning of the South Express Way (Via Expressa Sul). It goes towards the Tunnel on the right-hand lane until the intersection in front of the Event Center, where it goes to the left-hand lane. When reaching the slope to the tunnel, it enters the deviation at the left, passing by the left tunnel (opposite direction of the vehicle traffic), keeping on the right lane. This way, it goes until reaching the U-turn, kilometer 43.2 (1st lap). When returning, it goes back to the tunnel, keeping the right.

After the tunnel, there is an intersection on the right, giving access to the Viaduct Dias Velho. When passing on the Viaduct, the cyclist uses the left lane. When passing back under the Colombo Salles bridge, the route reaches the kilometer 50.3 (1 lap). When reaching the circular of the Bus Station, it enters the Beira Mar Norte avenue in the UFSC direction, going near the central site. When getting in front of CIC Viaduct, there is an intersection at the right, which grants access to the viaduct by which it passes using the left lane. When leaving the viaduct, it stays on the left, until the U-turn in front of the BR gas station in SC 401. At this point, the route, on the first lap, reaches the kilometer 75.65. When returning, the route goes by the SC-401 until the SC-402 highway, where it turns right, going towards Jurerê Tradicional, in front of Dourados Avenue, where there is another U-turn. It goes until the Jurerês cloverleaf, where it turns right and goes up to Lagostas Avenue. It goes by this avenue until Búzios Avenue, where there is the U-turn to start the second lap. When returning to this point, the route reaches the distance of 179 km. From then on, the route goes by the Búzios Avenue, towards the Doze de Agosto club, repeating, on the opposite direction, the start of the bicycling route.
